Marius Copil - Andreas Haider-Maurer | pick: Copil (2,15) @ Bodog
Two factors that give Copil an edge are first the H2H last year in clay where he won 7-6 6-1, and second the title he won here in Kazan last year. Haider-Maurer is a big server and indoor you always have two account for big servers, but Copil as an underdog has value. This is one of the talented young players of the circuit and we should start to hear more about him this year.
ATP Zagreb
Ivan Ljubicic - Michael Berrer | pick: Ljubicic (1,599) @ Pinnacle
Two veterans, 70 places separate them in the rankings. That's how better Ljubicic is and the odds don't make fairness to how favorite he should be. Playing at home will give the extra motivation and quality will do the rest.
Antonio Veic - Grega Zemlja | pick: Grega (1,60) @ SBObet
After backing a home player I will fade this one, Grega leads the H2H 2-0 with two wins on clay, Veic's best surface, whilst hardcourt is Grega's favorite surface. Good movement, mental strength are the qualities I appreciate the most in this player.

Zopp had a very good 2011 year, continuing with his progression we will see him knock on the top 100 door this year. A good server, a player made for hard court and indoor had a 14-8 record last year in this surface and 13-7 in hard court. That amounts to a total of 27 wins, of which 3 were against Heliovaara who surprised in the 1st round by beating Bubka. Two good servers it will be the better overall game from Zopp that will award him the win.

Not able to find anything that satisfies me in the main tournaments yesterday and today, I still kept a close watch on Bet365 because put on games from the ITF circuit and this one is rather interesting. Sousa is good young portuguese player who's having a hell of a week in this tournament performing really well in the singles draw. Lindell is ranked 460, and he usually performs well at this level. Now, they are facing one unranked player and one ranked 978. The odds don't represent their superiority fairly, value bet.

Mitchell will be looking to establish himself in the Challenger circuit this season. Playing at home he is already used to grab wins when playing in Australia. He was very decent chances in this game, Milton is ranked 412th and he really doesn't have any weapons that would make him jump in the rankings. Mitchell to beat a mediocre player.

Miao Zhou - Sacha Jones | pick: Jones (1,66) @ Bet365
This may be a trap game, so approach with caution. Jones is a young up and coming player, in her curriculum she has a lot of ITF 25k titles and this year she's shown decent performances against WTA level players. Facing an unknown chinese player I find these odds very strange. There's value, but it might be a trap.

I have been told the balls are fluffing up so badly because of the humidity in Thailand that come the 7th-8th game the balls are almost unplayable... I think this will favor clay court type players... But I am in wait and see mode...
based on the logic i will be playing Buyukakcay for a potential upset...
GL on your plays...

Cirstea will be overvalued after her AO performance. Plus she flew from Melbourne back to Romania and now she's in Thailand, not a spot where I wanna back her. I have a lean on Polona Hercog but not enough to make it one of my plays, that girl has to many mental issues

After a couple of days off where I tested my leans which where mostly off by quite a bit, I ready to get back on board and hopefully I've avoided a bigger correction than the one I was meant to suffer.

Sebastian Rieschik - Samuel Groth | pick: Rieschik (2,37) @ Bet365
Groth went all the way to the final last week on his first tournament back so this is a spot where he is overvalued, even more if we consider that he lost to this opponent before and that he will need to keep serving at an extremly high level to keep the performance level of last week. In the first round he served 29 aces but still dropped 1 set.

Is Ljubicic finished? I believe he isn't and therefore this a value bet cause the bookies are putting in an home advantage factor which really doesn't exist because Huta Galung's favorite surface is clay and hard court is where Ljubicic takes the most advantage out of his serve and stroke strokes.
