Eala -160 was favored over Paolini at +130, which suggests the market is leaning toward Eala controlling the matchup—but it also raises the question of whether Paolini’s experience and consistency can flip that price if she settles in early and neutralizes the pace. I hope Eala makes it through over Paolini, but it’s still going to come down to whether she can hold her level under pressure. Paolini has the experience to grind her down if Eala gets tight on key points.

I hope Alex Eala beat Jasmine Paolini and pulls off the win, with that aggressive baseline game. Eala has to start fast, dictate with the forehand, and avoid getting dragged into those long, looping rallies where Jasmine Paolini thrives on errors, because if it turns into a rhythm match on clay, Paolini’s defensive coverage and point construction usually flips momentum late in sets and makes the upset path a lot narrower than it looks on paper.

Idk what happened to Eala?  When I saw her all strapped up legs wrapped up in tape and arm strapped her health was a big concern resulting in her poor performance against paolini
