Carlos -128 vs Sinner on grass ? Sinner was down 2 sets and because of a freakish injury to start the 3rd set he moved on. Sinner is a great player and class act ( when he’s not doping ) Very likable and a hell if a player but I’m thinking Carlos wins his 3rd Wimbledon in a row . Fritz played amazing and still lost in 4 , Sinner played an injured 38 yr old legend - I jumped all over that opening -128 line , too much respect for Sinner considering everything . Carlos for a Dime

I like your thoughts process. But at what point did sinner not completely dominate Novak. Nobody picked that injury or not. Novak beat Carlos with a worse of an injury.
Does he deserve to be here? Hell no
I would suggest you think of this. Destiny.
Perhaps. He got his path to his first Wimbledon. Shouldn't Sinner be valued lower considering how amazing Carlos is on grass and sinner choked last time they played?
Conjure all the thoughts you want. Sinner is winning.

Sinner is a multi talent wonder kid - I hate the backlash that illegal substance case has had on his legacy - I have no doubt at all he didn’t do that knowingly or willingly - the guy was a champion skier as a child and then just one day to next decided to take on tennis and became a fucking powerhouse - Alcaraz won his first grand slam youth title 5 years after Sinner stopped focus on skiing - that these two players 9 years later can be more or less equal is insane I personally think Alcaraz will win but I hope Sinner will - and they both deserve to be there

@Calde13 So I’ve been reading most of your insight and analysis of tennis and I give you much deserved respect for them!! Sooo with that being said…should I bet Alcaraz ML or Sinner with the Spread & take those games?? Any advice will be much appreciated!
I agree with OP that Alcaraz probably will win and has played better this Wimbledon and think most of the value is with him - but I actually bet mostly on WTA matches and therefore most of my knowledge is with the women - so you shouldn’t follow me blindly in this case would be my primary advice - but if that is what your own gut feeling is then I hope I could help a little reaffirming it

Don't think +1.5 is going to do you much good personally. Freakish things happen where the winner doesn't cover a line cuz they have a bad set, but I don't think 1.5 games will matter here.
Imagine if Sinner had a bad set, and won the match at even money or better, and you lost on a -130.

After giving it some more thought, my best guess is Sinner in 4 (Sinner, Sinner, Alcaraz, Sinner), or Alcaraz wins 3-0.
Of the two scenarios, I'm afraid Alcaraz 3-0 is the more likely of the two. Either guy could win though.
Usually in a #1 vs #2 pickem I like taking the #2 guy though.
Maybe Alcaraz will start cramping up mid match. He's done it more than once I believe. Nobody is talking about Sinner's elbow which threw him off against Dimitrov. That's still hanging out there.
