Since that total wasn't reach before it was suspended it will 100% yes - if it was theoretical impossible to either lose or win - some bookmakers would grade it accordingly - but here you could both still win and lose

True, but if it is theoretically impossible - how bookies settle them are different from bookie to bookie - you should be able to find it by googling "Betonline tennis retirement rules" (it is annoying, I can understand that), but Betonline most likely just hedge your bet on the Asian market and most of them settle such bets the same way :(
