Grandma has a really good recent history here. Two titles in the past 4 years and the other 2 years she was eliminated by the eventual champ Osorio.
Past 5 champs were Osorio, Osorio, Maria, Maria, Osorio.
Some players routinely perform better here as they handle the unique conditions well (highest altitude tennis tournament by significant margin).
