The nano is a sexy little machine, you really have to see it in person to appreciate how thin this thing is. It will literally fit in your wallet like a credit card (although I'm sure this is not recommended). The touch is pretty cool, but unless you'll be using the wifi feature a lot or watching a lot of movies (bigger screen), I personally wouldn't sacrifice the size for the added features of the touch.
