Windows XPquestion

After installing Windows XP I am unable to access my second hard drive. The system sees all the partitions but says access is denied. I previously was running Windows 2000 and installed XP over the existing OS. The drives are identical Western Digital 120 gigs.How can I resolve this problem? Thanks in advance.

Got it figured out. You have to open in safe mode, go in and change permissions and inheritance settings. Thx tho.
