Why does my Verizon phone do this all the time now!?!?!

When I try to get on the wireless internet, it says I need to call *611

I call it, it's an automated messaage, and I hang up and then WI works

It never used to do this, now i get it a few times daily... what the fuck?

well out west in my neck of the woods verizon drops calls left and right

I've had no problems at all. My Verizon phone works where everyone elses doesn't.............including Cabo.
