Torrent Sites

Hey guys, I am looking to download the Insanity workout that you see on TV.  I have never dealt with torrent sites before.  Are these sites safe to download from?  Is there a risk of acquiring a virus, or possible trouble from the law?  Any input is appreciated.

The more popular ones are allright. Pirate bay, demonoid and such.  Just make sure you are running an up to date virus protection.

Jose i use btjunkie.com. No problems for me as of right now. In order to download from there you also need to install bittorent. If you have any questions just let me know .
