i believe at&t has exclusive rights to the iphone. not for sure, but that's what they reported when it first came out. my buddy has one, and it's actually pretty sweet.

you can buy one and go through the process of getting it "unlocked" for use on T-Mo. Apple and AT&T are actively trying to stop it when they do updates to the iphone, but people then figure out how to "unlock" the new update. So yes, you can get one on T-Mo, but you'd have play the unlocking game that is currently going on with the iphone.
Not worth the hassle IMO. Check out the Blackberry Curve on T-Mo if you haven't already

I want to get an iphone....does it work with t-mobile?
If your new mobile is not locked with any GSM network means you can use the t-mobile.If it locked means you should unlock it .To unlock you should get the unlock code from an online vendor like https://www.classicunlocking.com/ .After unlocked you can use t-mobile network or any other GSM network.
