Stuck playing God of War 2...HELP!

 OK, so I have the wings of Icarus and I made it throught the lava level, jumped through the suspended chain rings and did the L1 swing back onto land.  I did the reverse jump off the wall onto the stone path.  I am at the part where there are two movable large stones, with a ramp to the left and a ledge in the walkway path (you can see the large, red-eyed Titan with lava flowing over his right shoulder from the path).  The stones cannot make it over the ledge and, when put up the ramp, do not give you enought of a lift to jump to the ledge with the gorgon eye box above.  I spent about an hour walking around this environment.  I am totally stumped.

how is the game?

are you playing on the ps3 ?  If so on a Hdtv how does it look and is it 480p or 720p  ?

I am playing, and beat it, on PS3.  Game is awesome.  Don't know what 480p or 720p mean.  EDizzle, thanks for the walk-through.

 

Anybody here beat it and was a little disappointed with the ease of beating the game?  I remember God of War I lasting much, much longer.  Some of it may be my familiarity with the weapons, characters, etc.
