Some assistance with windows..

I have a Dell Vostro 1000. I use google chrome as my browser on widows7.

I am unable to open a application fields on my companies web-page. I have tried unsuccessfully to call them for assistance.

Anyone have any ideas on what I can down load, preferably for free?

have you tried using firefox or IE and seeing if it works on those?
