SlingBox: problems watching on mobile phone

Can't add my slingbox to my account.  It asks for the slingbox ID# and when I type it in it says that the ID# is invalid.  Can someone please help.

They will be your only hope.  Without a valid ID you are screwed.

I have a valid ID.  It is the one that they gave me.  It just doesn't recognize it on my PC.
