question about trojan zlob

I was downloading a new media player and I got this virus. Spysweeper said it quarn. it and window defender picked it up to. When my laptop restarted there was a new antivirus program also there was a warning saying it could not open internet explorer. My computer was frozen and only seem to unfreeze when I hit the cancel button on the internet explorer popup and would freeze again in 20 seconds when that popup came back up. I was finally able to get to windows defender and it still had virus quarn. but it also had a solution button under it. I hit the button and now everything seems to be back to normal.  Should I worry about anything else.

A mini dump file is a condensed version of a dump file.  A dump file is normally created when the system crashes.

 

In part, it contains info about the system configuration, the complete contents of what was in ram, what programs were running at the time of the crash, which program was “active” and the location in its code where it crashed. This info is used by programmers to diagnose possible bugs in software.
