I am getting pissed and have SEEMED to try everything. My PS3 allows me to update via the internet and use the browser...however, I cannot connect to the PS3 network. This means I can't play games online, can't update rosters if the game offers it, can't purchase stuff in the PS store. I have forwarded ports on my router, enabled DMZ on my router, set up the connection manually. This has been getting on my nerves for days now. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. When I try to sing on to PSN I get error code 80710B36.

I haven't had this issue in a long time. When I did have it, it turned out to be a router issue. I used to play Burnout Paradise online a lot and would always get kicked offline and have trouble with the Playstation network and I ended up getting a new router and haven't had any problems since.
Have you tried running it hardwired (That is if it is possible)?

I do have an older router so maybe that is the direction I need to go. It just seems strange I can use the browser, netflix, install updates via the internet...I haven't tried running it wired. That would require running wires/cables to a completely different room. Thanks for the suggestions.
