This is probably a shot in the dark but this is what im looking for.
Where I work we have a few computers that are on 24/7 for months at a time, after about a year (with maybe 5-6 reboots) the computers are ready for a fresh format to start over.
Is there a piece of software the flushes everything clean just like a fresh reboot but without actually rebooting? We can't afford the short time it takes to reboot and if there was a way to do this it would save lots of time and money.
Thanks.

Are you trying to find software to clear any cache files, temp files, etc information? restarting services? I am not exactly sure what you need cleaned or cleared without rebooting. Could you elaborate a little and might be able to help. Also curious, why you are unable to reboot the pcs or server?. What kind of data do these cpus hold? Web server, Data collector server, etc.
Basically rebooting a pc/server clears memory, restarts services, etc. So that is why I am trying to find out exactly you want cleared, services restarted, etc......

No, there's no magic way around that. Sometmes you have to reboot. If it's really a money loss thing for you when you reboot your computers, you may want to think about a type of server farm. As Mutant said it really depends on what you are doing with them.
I can get you a program that will clean everything temp wise. Even when you clear your cache, there is still a of stuff in there. I can't tell you all of the times when there was a virus that keep comming back even when we dumped everything.
I would think you are running some sort of a web server. Evern the big boys have to reboot sometime. I've caught ESPN down in the wee hours once or twice.
