Try changing your display settings.

XP

right click on desktop

left click on properties

then click on the settings tab

did it, made everything smaller except the extra pop ups like gamecast and pogo games, and still no scrolls or anything... i have no clue, thanks

I just tried gamecast and I can't make it bigger or scroll it either.

Are you using IE ?  If so what version ?  Try downloading IE 8 and go to firefox.com and install thier browser to see what happens
