Yes, another reason it's the best. AAA and AA. I am playing in Franchise Mode right now. I love tinkering with my Minor Clubs. Also, you have to take care of the business side of your club too. Marketing, food sales, Transportation, hire scouts and staff, etc.. If you like that stuff, combined with great game play, then purchase the game. You won't be disappointed.

During games is there just a manage mode where you don't have to contol the hitting and pitching? Also do they have a fast mode where you can just get to the end of the game ?

Yup, you can fast forward to a certain inning, just Manage your team or even just watch the game as a fan in Sportscaster mode. I usually set my lineups for my minor league teams then fast forward through innings until I need to make a pitching change or a pinch hitter, etc..I just actually play my MLB team's game. Even if I never played a game, just being a GM/Manager would be fun. They also have a draft in June ( not there yet). You can hire extra scouts to , errrrrr, scout players in certain part of the world. Well made game.

One more note: The computer is really good. I have had a video Baseball game for the last 15 years going back to Nintendo. I am 10-14 right now.
Plus, I was under .500 in Spring training. Usually by 30 or 40 games played I would be killing the game. Not the case with this game. The game is the best.

I was playing on All Star but had to drop down to Veteran.
I'm getting better, I was 6-12, but I am one game under.500 now. Actually, make that 2 games under. My bullpen imploded last night and blew a 3 run lead the Tribe in the 9th.
One other tip: Since the game is so hard, try playing around the " Gameplay sliders. You can move then around the get better control, more power, less foul balls, etc.. Under options.
