whats a good make of router? also is wireless n is better then wireless g?

I'm a huge Linksys fan for home users. N is faster and has better range than G, but make sure your wireless cards, in your laptop or desktop is also an N or it will do you no good spending the extra money for N.
Also unless you have a very wide spreadout home don't pony up the extra cash for the Duel N band stuff.

I bought this one a month ago and I am having problems with loading delays.
I live in an apartment and have full signal all the time. I actually went back to a direct line to the modem( Comcast broadband) for the time being ( back to super fast). Any suggestions why I am losing speed? I had read recently that moving the router to a different plane than the modem can help with interference? They were side by side.I did that, it seemed to be working better, than slowed down again. Any thing you can think of off the top of your head?
