Laptop overheating question...

This fucking laptop is overheating so bad that I burned my nutsack last night when I was trying to type on it.  I feel like when I'm not home, this thing may burn the whole neighborhood down.  Is there anything I can do to this devil laptop?

Get a can of air and spray it in the vent on the side or bottom of the laptop. You should see a good deal of dust come out of it.  Make sure not to turn the can upside down when you do this.

 

Does if lockup after a few minutes ?

I have an old acer aspire 5003 wlci with amd turion, it so bad I can't even play any decent games without it shutting off, and just having the cbssports mlb score board running causes the fan to run none stop. will a cooling fan underneath stop this problem?
