Just got a new computer/Have my headphones on and everytime I change the page or ...

something of making some kind of search or otherwise, the new page comes with a distinctive click. Is there anyway to get rid of the annoying click. Thank you. And I know I have no viruses, I did a sweep with McAfee when I got it. I'm on the Net..of course. Any helpful suggestions would be appreciated.

Go to the Control Panel.....Sounds and Audio Devices....Sounds Tab.....

 

Scroll down to you get to Windows explorer.....Information bar....Down arrow and select none....

Thanks Mutant..I'm still getting used to Vista Business. It's a little different from what I was using before. I am just pretty frigging lazy like most guys who get new toys and refuse to read the manual.   I know they cost an arm and leg but if you can afford 22 inch monitors are incredible.
