IPhone posting

my internet isn't hooked up in my new house and I was trying to post on covers with my iphone but couldn't. Does anyone know why? do I need to download something. I was able to sign in, but When I would click to post it wouldn't do  anything.

They block it on purpose.
 
The do not allow for you to type in the message square.

Have you used your Iphone to make a post? I think not. If you had Tried- you would know that it is in fact blocked by someone directly or indirectly.

You CAN however Post Comments on the Homepage under "Sports Betting Headlines". Theres usually 10 or 11 different "Story/Advertisement articles" - and its definately possible there.<

So- Technically there is no way to start a new post using the IPhone3GS. WIthout Question.

Again -- if anyone is itching to post, for some mysterious reason it lets you post comments on the homepage articles/blogs.

I am on this site constantly through Pda's and PC/Laptop

So you were right NONEED4LUCK it wasnt anything you were doing wrong- the Iphone for whatever reason cannot post a new thread

Covers does not block the Ipone to post.  And yes I have tried.  It's the srcripting that is used and it's not to block anyone.
 
The forums and comments on articles on blogs are two completley differnent animals. If you mean they as in Covers blocking posting in threads once again you are dead wrong.
 
Again you don't know what you are talking about and posting in bold and huge fonts won't ever change that.

BTW, I can post in the fourm with the Palm Pre just fine. Maybe you need something else than the Iphone browser.

damn, i just switched to the nazi's at ATT&T. I hate all communication companies with a passion. if i could post with iphone i wouldn't need my laptop.

This site doesn't play with mobile devices at all.  A couple have worked.  Mini-Opera has worked a bit. 

Maybe get one of those Netbooks.  That's what I post with on the road.

ummm, like Lippsman said, you have no idea what you're talking about.

The Safari browser can't handle the overkill of scripting that is the forums of Covers, that is why you can't do anything in that box.  Most mobile devices have the same issue.

Actually if you bothered to read my post - you can see that I said it allows you to make comments and post just fine on the homepage. The same box you claim doesnt work in Safari.

 

BTW - Is it that big of a deal --- you obviously dug this thread up-- because nobody has posted on it for days -- let me guess you were browsing page 9 of previous posts?? LOL

Also - when I say "they" block it -- that doesnt mean Im claiming that Covers is blocking it -- just simply saying the box will not aknowledge the keyboard etc.. UNLESS its on the homepage.
 
 
Btw --I thought you were'nt supossed to have multiple accounts for 1 person??... you know who you are

I posted on homepage, but not the forum. wierd. i really don't need to, but, i moved and my isp has been giving me fits

Huh? this was the 4th or 5th post in the Tech section when I responded, so I didn't have to dig very far to see your ill-informed reply in this thread.

So you understand (which is apparent you don't thinking both boxes are the same), the iPhone (and most mobile devices) can't post in the FORUMS section.  The FORUMS is not the same as the comments section on the homepage section you're talking about. 

Alias?  I see you're ill-informed in a lot of different ways, not just on the topic in this thread.
