I need some computer help

Here's the deal. I usually never turn my computer off but i did last night for some reason and when i went to turn it on this morning the monitor won't come one. The CPU loads and everything but the monitor light just keeps blinking and won't turn on. It is a Samsung flat screen if that makes a difference. Thanks

make sure the monitor cable is connected securely, try swapping video and/or monitor.  if those don't work -- possible video card issue.
