You know that Adobe Systems box that sometimes pops up on your computer asking if you want to install the flash player? Well I got it last night right before going to bed, and now this morning twice in 3 minutes while just looking at a few threads in here. Is this normal? Thanks

Just install it.  It will go away and you need the latest anyway.
