I have a question about domain names????

If I'm trying to acquire a domain name say from Yahoo, am I restricted on how I can then design my web page?  Yahoo says they allow open source, so does that mean I can make it look any way I want or would there still be restrictions (like certain choices for radio buttons or interface templates)?

No, you can upload pretty much what you want to.  Then have some templates to get you started out though.
