Hidden Classic truck radio???

Fellas:   I have googled everything trying to find this product but I saw this on the Velocity channel and the show Car Fix but can't remember the name.  I have a 77 Ford F100 and they make the radio look just like the original BUT flips down and you have a modern CD player, etc. behind it?  Anybody know what I am talking about....  It is a really slick idea!

Searched around but have not seen it.
