Free Website Builder?

Do you guys know what is a good free website builder?  I googled it and it brings up a bunch, just don't know which ones are reputable.  Also, is free hosting available as well?  Sorry if my questions seem pretty elementary, I know shit about computers/technology.

Actually Yahoo has a very good website builder with templates.  Forget the free hosting sites, just not good.  Most of the time your ISP will give you a free site with a small amount of bandwidth.  Who is your ISP provider.

We go through AT&T.  Do you think they will offer enough bandwidth to create a site that would allow others to post comments, photos, etc?  I don't know anything about this stuff.  Also, what do you know about Wix?  Thanks a lot Lippsman!

I think you could pull that off. At least until you get a good number of people posting pics.   Then you might hit a wall.  Most give you 5 or 10GB of data a month.

I haven't used Wix but do know about it. Great site to get you started.
