FBI recommends passphrases over password complexity

Question

Give this a read, more websites are going to this, but it's a slow process. If yours doesn't, just put an uppercase at the start of your phrase and number and character at the end. Or put the number and character at the start of the phrase and cap the first letter

Passphrases would be more complex, every single one would be a little password thus making a passphrase a list of little passwords, making it impossible to breach.
