espn and youtube videos stuttering...this sucks

Anyone got any ideas on how to stop this ? ....tried different things but no luck, I usually can work these things out but not this one....thx

Sounds like too much shit running in the backgroud.  Go go MSCONFIG and click the startup tab.  See how many programs are hitting you at startup.  Also what is your bandwidth ?  Do you have a DSL or cable connection.  Are you using a wired or wireless connection ?

Thx Lipps, my buddy fixed it for me. he did clean up my start up, and said to much background crap will cause this on my computer. You had it right. Streaming good now........................1iron

look into buying a low end video card or a decent one for about $50
