jesus..i really want to now how twitter can "better" my web/social experiences...just the fact that non one here or on street can really answer me tells me it is doomed...besides it reported that like 80% of twitter traffic is by only about 20% of it users!! meaning organizations are using for real time customer relationship mgt.

I hate twitter but it has several uses:
1. Small Business can spread the word of deals, etc
2. People can share clips, thoughts to others
3. you can follow your fav sports athlete or etc.
4. Big Companies have been using it lately for customer service like u mentioned...Comcast uses it for frustrated customers. If you use comcast and u twitter a negative comment, they'll call you (or should) to resolve.
Twitter is rumored to be worth 10B b/c of the data they've collected. Data now a days is King,

twitter is the shit man.....u have to follow people see what they talk about than unfollow if they're content is garbage.
Mike Tyson is one of the best tweeters on the internet. Guy say some deep shit.
