does anyone else have direct tv hd and notice that it always seems like it is going out, just curious if this is common or not, seems like i am always losing signal

weather condition such as high wind may be the cause, I experience the same thing when it's windy, if not then call customer service, they should be able to show you to run the testing to see the signal strength of the signal

I had a problem when it was frst installed, because the guy that mounted my new dish sisn't do it right and it was out of alignment.

Call them, they will help you out up to sending out a technicican.

Mine has been great for over a year now.
