deleting cookies?

does this make your computer run faster? anyone have advice on how to do this? someone said just go to tools on IE then int. options and delete cookies, then someone said there is another way without using IE.. will they both work the same? Thanks

Using the IE option is the best way.  But you won't get all of them.

Here is a program that will erase every temp and cookie file that you would't normally get.

This is the first thing we run before we start spyware/virus cleanup.
