Computer Virus question

Question

The other day, I downloaded a movie from limewire and I believe it put a virus in my computer. I keep getting pop-ups of spyware. My computer is a lot slower than usual. &#xD;&#xA;My question is what&#x27;s the best way to clean my computer without putting money into the spyware program. Its kinda of a stupid question, but I&#x27;m clueless when it comes to computers and I&#x27;ve never had this problem before. Any help is appreciated.

Try Adaware. go to download.com and get it. or try a system restore to point before you downloaded the movie.
