Computer Help Please....

For several weeks now my computer is not updating. When i go to a site like covers on any other message board type, posts arent updated. My yahoo page doesnt update. I have to hit refresh every time I go to a page to get the current info. It is getting to be a pain in the ass. Can anyone give me some help?

Did you try deleting all your cookies?  That sometimes screws things up!

Need more info - what browser are you using, do you have a firewall, have you added anything to your computer that may be causing the problem. Also, type of connection to the internet.

There could be many reasons for this.

I went to delete cookies and temporarty internet files and there was another button beside it that said settings. Clicked on it and a list of when to renew pages was on the tab , mine was set at never so i changed it and everything eems to be cool. Thanks for the help.

Glad to see it's working now!
