Computer Help please

So I downloaded something apparently yesterday and now every 5 minutes I have a pop-up that tells me I have a virus and should buy some product to get rid of it.  There's no virus and I know what the files are but I can't get rid of them.  I try to delete it - it tells me "sorry - this is currently being used".

 

So I hit the old Ctrl+Alt+Del combo to look at the processes - found the 2 that are causing me problems but my comp won't let me stop them from running

 

What the hell should I do?

What are the names of the processes?
