Latley my computer can only have 4 windows open.  If I try to open a 5th, I am unable to access the net on that 5th window.  Any reason why and can I fix it??

Actually I have the same trouble with my computer and others.  Are you using IE8 ?  I sometimes can close out Explorer and when I open a new one I can open more.  Although I run my computer pretty hard and only reboot about once a month

you downloading anything in those 4 windows?   you can google concurrent connections, which is usually the culprit of this issue
