comp. memory or virus?

I hope this is not major. A few days ago my computer slowed down and seems to have freezed in certain site. For instance, I went to cbssportsline and looked at the mejia projections and it was not updated. this has happened on a few others. I never had a problem. I went back to two weeks ago and restarted, refreshed but it still has problems. Please help.
