codec problem

Hey All

 

I am trying to open videos in an editor that keeps telling me I don't have a mpeg-2 codec component. Then it prompts me to get opne, but I have to register the product first and I don't want to do this because my work bought the editor and I will need to install it on my computers at work as well.

 

Any advice?

download and install K-Lite Codec Pack... just google it... that should clear up any Codec issues you have.
