Cleaning your laptop screen and keyboard. What should you use to clean?

I've heard distilled water with a soft cloth? Hell I dunno. Rather not spend a bundle on some shmansy product from a computer store but if that's what it is so be it.
Always appreciate your time and expertise guys.
Toshiba Satellite if that makes any difference.

No, you should stay away from water. It never seems to mix well with electronics.  We use Endust for electronics

Laptop looks like a pole position formula one car on the grid thanks to that product.

Yes you do, but you really should spray it on the cloth first.  Although I don't always do it.
