Anyone have any info on this site? I have noticed when routing to some sportsbooks from the US it seems to pass through it. Is this something the casinos are using, or the feds?

Unless when want to connect to your book through and international proxy which has it's own risks I don't think it can be avoided. It looks to be happening on the DNS level when you enter the URL for the books.
