Burned Image on my IPhone, but only when Using Safari

I have a burned image on my IPhone's screen, but only when I use Safari. Additionally, when I open Safari's multiple window viewer feature, the image is there as well. The home screen and every other app is unaffected. Turning the phone off and on does nothing to fix the problem.

I know removing the casing and battery is an adventure, so I am trying to avoid it if I can.

Can anyone think of a way to fix this problem?
