I have an unlocked/jailbroken Iphone on T-mobile and am interested in buying a slingbox. Just wanted to see if anybody was using Slingbox on their unlocked Iphone?

I used to use one on my Sprint phone. It's ok, but not really worth the hassle. You are going to get some freezing no matter how fast the network is.
