A little help upgrading to Nero Ultra 7.9.6

I have Nero Ultra 7.0 installed to my computer. I have an upgraded version (7.9.6) that I am trying to install. However, during installation, a message pops up that states "This version is not compatible to 7.0 and that it must be uninstalled". Which I did. During my second attempt in installing it. It comes up with the same message.

Which tells me that Nero still has traces in the registry that is preventing a clean installation.

I used "Absolute Uninstaller" and ran "Registry Mechanic" and "Registry Clean Expert".

Installation was still unsuccessful.

Any help or hints will be appreciated.

check with Nero (Ahead) tech support website and see if they have an uninstall utility

Thanks Colt. Checked the site and did find a cleaner for it that resolved my problem.
