Very close games last night. Wish we did better but hey, 4-2-1 is a pretty good start. Today's picks will be out by 2:00 pm EST. 11 games on the schedule. Hopefully the system will deliver again tonight.

Nice work XLR8.  When you mentioned in other threads you were working on this NBA totals system I started tailing you.  I have done well doing so.  At the same time I was working on something of my own.  Last night we were on the same side of 4 games.  3-1 on covers but 3-0-1 or 4-0 depending on what you got on the GS game.  I am only going to play the games we agree on.  Thanks again for the great work.

Have you noticed most 1st half totals are half of the game totals, but some are off by like 3 points, like the TOR game total is 220.5 yet the first half total is 112. So 112 x 2 is 224 so the play would be over 220.5

Same with LA game total is 205, 1st half total is 104.  104 x 2 is 208 so the play would be over 205.

Any thoughts?  See how it works out tonight...

The numbers move up and down accordingly but these will be the numbers i use to evaluate my system.

XLR8 why are you not taking the GS/DAL game as a win?? You listed it as a play at 205.5, which you said that is what you made the bet at. Total ended at 205, so it is a win.

I only use the lines that I post for record purposes.

1. NJ/Atl under 185

2. Den/Cha under 201

What happened was that I posted 204 for the pho/por game in reality it was 205.

But from now on, whatever i post when i give out picks is what counts. Take Care

X, my Boston/Denver line is 204.  Is that still an over play?

Under the rules I set up for my system, A 204 would not be played.

is there anyway you could post what number your system puts out?

Just remember that this forum is for systems and explaining how your system works. If you are just posting picks please post them in the appropriate sports forum.

There's always one..    Is it the fact that the Holidays are approaching for why there is an innate number of dumb-asses lurking around the Forum right now..

This is also a Strategies Forum, which is what most people post about. Very few actually reveal what their actual System is, but they do provide a Money Management System. If this Forum was only for Systems, then TheThinker would be in breach, as well.

I'm so sick of this place.. unfortunately Covers does provide the best layout and setup on the web, so I guess I gotta stick around. On that note, I'm launching my new thread shortly. How ironic..
