What service would you have for betting?

Hi guys,

I've been following covers for some time now and it's a great community. 

I was wondering for what kind of service would you pay (under $10/month) to help you with your betting?

I'm a programmer and I've been developing tools for betting for myself and I wanted to create something for a bigger audience. 
I'm talking anything from scraping tools to tools sending you bets based on certain information or whatever.

I'm not talking about giving actual picks or any ML algorithms to predict outcomes, just simple tools which will help bettors to increase productivity and select their picks quicker or to solve issues you have while you do your research.

Hmm, interesting.  Do you use any DB?  I wouldn't pay anything, but rather would like to cooperate with anyone in developing algorithms.  Two heads are better than one I believe.

I'm just setting a postgres DB on Heroku because I need a script running and it's easier to use Heroku for these things.

Do you have anything special in mind? I'm not a machine learning or AI expert so I wouldn't rely on my expertise there :D

I would like to team up and develop algorithms.  I use SQL to track games, scores and the like.  I do this as a hobby as I have a lot of DB experience.  Maybe we could put our heads together and see what we come up with.
