THE.K.O.P (14) has the bruins tomorrow. Bruins whooped Hurricanes last night, but the Canes are at home tomorrow. So I think I will fade this play tomorrow night.

buckeyestine (13) just released Cavs -10. I found Hawks +11.5 on betus and took it. I've made a lot of money on the Cavs taking them and the points. They've won 9 in a row against the spread so it was hard for me to bet against them. But it's times like these when everything starts to even out and 11.5 points is A LOT of points in the playoffs.

I just saw that too...thx for helping out hoop. I'm gonna wait until closer to game time to see what I can get w/ ATL. I have to keep telling myself that we're fading buckeyestine - NOT the Cav's!! If ATL avoids settling for jumpers, they should be able to cover 10+ no problem.
ATL +10 right now, but I'll wait until closer to game time to lock in as I believe this line will continue to rise.......either way it will be a 4u play.

Yesterday's results...sucked. I had a long-late meeting and did not have much time to line-shop prior to it so I locked in at the same #'s they had.
DEN +1.5 (lost 2.2 units)
ATL +10 (push)
YTD: 3-3-2 (-8.2u's)
At some point these fuckers will lose...and I'll continue chasing/fading their plays until they do!!

Today we have TWO plays so far from our beloved streakers:
THE.K.O.P (14 wins, going for #15) selects the BOSTON BRUINS -120 which means that I will fade with CAROLINA +100 (5Dimes.com) for 8u's.
russyboy56 (13 wins, going for #14) selects SF GIANTS -129 which means I'll take WAS NATIONALS +120 for 4u's
Reminder, the chase system I am testing works like this: for streakers who are on their 12th win, FADE their 13th selection with a 2u wager. If that wager loses, FADE their 14th selection with a 4u wager. If that loses, FADE their 15th selection with an 8u wager. Looks like this...
13th selection FADE = 2u wager
14th selection FADE = 4u wager
15th selection FADE = 8u wager
At the end of this week, I will re-assess the system/wager sizes and possibly lower the first fade play down to 1u instead of 2u so I can sustain a longer chase - as needed. Any suggestions you have towards making this work...let me know. Thanks.

greenmachine, you have a sample size of like 15 games. i have a sample size of almost 100 hundred with about a 60% success rate of fading. you just have to find the right money management system to use with this kind of strategy. you can't always fade these guys. sometimes you have to tail them as well.

Just stumbled into this thread. Man, I cannot believe you guys actually fading hot streakers, especially once they get to 15. I have tried that in the past with not much luck. At that point, as someone stated, the games are very selective. And if you are looking for a quick way to earn money fast, you cannot do it this way.
If you want to try and gain money fast, try a three-game chase fading everyone on the list between streaks 3 and 5. it might be a better return.

i have watched this system, and come up with my own...if u really want to fade a streaker wait till they hit a min (7) once they pick a loser(they're streak ended) fade they're very next pick only(there pick after the loss), then repeat the process...you will find a higher win% on fades...i have watched this for 10 months...works like a charm...worked on all those catz that hit 16, 17 in a row, once they lose, that "law of average" automaticly kicks in.
