ok i see a lot of people peppered through out these forums bickering back and forth about this system sucks and that system sucks and blah blah blah...so with that said...why dont more people buy packages from top cappers like Steve Merrill , Matt Fargo etc...since you all think systems fail and most of the handicapping community are theoretically "losers" at flat betting....why not buy the picks ...

moving on, lets say one does choose to buy a package...example a week package at $175 ($25 a day) how would you lay down on this?...can you adjust your unit value to fit your budget?..and speaking of which..what kind of budget would you AT LEAST need to make this worth it?

Because that's my point, you're differentiating touts from the handicapping community when in actuality, the only difference is marketing and crafty record keeping.

Prove to me that touts make more money than the gambling community and we'll talk.

Through this endeavor, you'll soon find that they DON'T make money for their clients, they simply have creative ways of recording their units and very good marketing techniques.

You're lucky I answered you at all since you're clearly new to this... but if you think you're onto something, buy some picks and see how long you last before you "bounce".

DJ put it best you must be new to this. Before you go spending your money on any of these guys picks research money management.  Lippsman wrote a good read a couple of years ago on look it up.

lol so iam suppose to believe that touts dont make profit....have you bought from a tout? cuz if not..then you have no fuckin clue what your spewin...and no iam not new at this..iam new at lookin into touts..but not at this...i wouldnt even post my winning percentage for the year cuz most wouldnt believe it...cuz it doesnt fit in to all your stupid little numbers you clown run....

speaking of stupid numbers....i like to know how you come up with the so called "fact" that the longer you run a chase system the more the odds stack up for you to fail.....so your telling me if you ran lets say...a 20 game chase...that your odds of busting 20 straight is more likely the longer the system runs....get the fuck outta here..if you think your numbers support that then you need to double check your numbers...cuz capping comin in effect..its not 50/50 per level...unless your a shitty capper....bottom line!

only morons buy picks from touts. touts give one side of a game to half the people, the other side to the other half, then half their customers are guaranteed a winner.

ok so if thats the case...and only 50% of their customers profit per day...wouldnt that avg over time even out at 50% for all their costumers? and if that is true why are people buying from touts...50% doesnt win money...all their customers would lose money over the course of X amount of time...so why do they keep these guys in business?

i would imagine flipping picks would be hard if your a capper who documents his picks per day...people would see this happening..if your told to take a pick...then find out later the capper released the other side as a play...why let that kinda shit happen? i just cant imagine that ALL touts are scams...i know there is way more scammers then actual winning touts..but they all cant be a scam

Yo Papa, if your dieing to see some touts plays, then go to SBR forum.  Then go under "service plays".  You'll see that people have PAID for these services, and are offering them to you for FREE. These guys are NO better than me or you.  They spend money advertising they're picks, and dumbass's buy them.  Here's some great advice to you.  Vegas wants to keep us confused.  Find yourself 3 methods, or systems to betting on games and swap them around every 5-8 days.  Any system can work at any givin time, but never for a long period of time.

lol so iam suppose to believe that touts dont make profit....

    Yes.

have you bought from a tout? cuz if not..then you have no fuckin clue what your spewin...

Like curly mentioned, SBR has a whole forum dedicated to 'Service Plays' so I don't have to buy picks to know that they're not worth it. There are certain instances where a capper will get hot and turn a profit but it never lasts and never makes up for the losses.

and no iam not new at this..iam new at lookin into touts..but not at this...i wouldnt even post my winning percentage for the year cuz most wouldnt believe it...cuz it doesnt fit in to all your stupid little numbers you clown run....

If your numbers are so unbelievable, why are you looking into buying picks dummy?

speaking of stupid numbers....i like to know how you come up with the so called "fact" that the longer you run a chase system the more the odds stack up for you to fail.....so your telling me if you ran lets say...a 20 game chase...that your odds of busting 20 straight is more likely the longer the system runs....get the fuck outta here..if you think your numbers support that then you need to double check your numbers...

Math is math. I've gotten into this debate numerous times and the other person always concedes eventually. Chasing is fatalistic no matter how you package it. Go educate yourself before you make yourself look less intelligent.

cuz capping comin in effect..its not 50/50 per level...unless your a shitty capper....bottom line!

I could hit 60% and still be a shitty capper... I could hit 40% and be an amazing capper. The 50/50 mantra is just an analogy about value, don't get it twisted.

Seriously though dude, you're the definition of a knucklehead because you asked a question but all you want to hear is your answer, which is ignorant garbage.

so you actually think someone would fail in something ridiculous like a 20 game chase....your telling me that the numbers you and all your mathematician buddys run prove that ANY chase reguardless the number of games is gonna fail.....iam sorry to say this dude...more so cuz you wont understand it...but yeah...the odds of me busting that many in a row is different from anyone else...and for you to claim that you got that number..is pure bullshit...not to mention you say the longer the chase is...the higher the percentage of you busting......thats just horse shit dude..lol it makes no sense.....if your chase is long enough to accommodate the way you run (you should know is)...you will adventually win...your numbers DONT apply to everyone...this isnt a roulette table...

thats not a bad idea...as long as the wheels dont fall off his bus...i looked into that with the covers team experts, but that was a waste of time...most of us can pick games better then they can...but hey if the guy your tailing is the real deal then why not...hard part is just making sure...it would be good if you had some info to back test him on to see how consistent he is!

I'm not saying the longer your chase is... I'm saying the longer you chase. Because you're right, a 20 game chase will last longer than a 6 game chase but the loss of a 20 game chase will be equally more devastating compared to the easiness of busting a 6 game chase.

What I'm saying is that you can only avoid the odds for so long, and that the longer you play, the more likely you will be to bust (which is pretty obvious logic... Play 10 games in a 20 game chase and you're destined not to bust... Play 1 000 000 and you're almost guaranteed to bust) it's just basic math.

Chasing is bad and is the number one reason why ever smart-minded investor suggests against it.

ok going back to what you said before...how would a 40%er make a profit vs a 60%er not? i know its possible...but what does the 40%er do that the other guy doesnt...how do you flip a low winning percentage into a profit? only way i could imagine is by getting odds on just about all your lines...or having some formula for laying parlays

That's exactly it... If you always make +500 plays and go 20% then you're profiting nicely just like an 80% capper could lose money if all his plays are -500
