...Those may have been the plays if you had started  from the first of the season...but I started this on 26Oct09 as the beginning of my bet tracking...AND only betting HOME TEAM OT/SO teams...System C qualifiers...

Actually, according to that C system the way it was presented last year and as noted above, GMSI is correct....  Ottawa was both a [C] and [B] bet (so was TB [A]) on Oct 29, therefore, the first Ottawa series loses and now the [B] becomes a [C] again for Oct 31.   TB is a [B] tonight as well. 

I have the following open series as of right now (if you were to have started at the beginning of the season)....  Phi [B], Ott [C], TB [B], Edm [A], LAK [A], Clb [A], Buf [A], Dal [A], Was [A].

Gasman, there was no stipulation about not chasing a three-consecutive O/U losses.  Because doing so, eliminates the double chases for a team that played two (or three) consecutive home OT games.    

Not trying to confuse the folks, but this was how those numbers in the first post were gathered.

However, keep up the good work Gasman!  2-0 is great.  If you want to throw that stipulation in there to not chase a three-O/U losses, then we need to limit the number of chases per team to one (which does take away some wins).... 

Personally, I will labby the system this year and see how that works.  Actually, correction in the last post.  Dal has two chases open... both [A] and [B].

Looking over the thread I haven't seen anything discussed about what to do on a pushed game
Offhand I would assume that conventional wisdom states to continue playing each series cause there was no loss?

Montana, in the event of a push, continue the series with the next game.  I think it was Minnesota last year, famous for pushing consecutive 3-2 OT games.  There was one time, if memory serves me right, we were playing Minny to chase a 2 A bets, a B and a C (4 chases on the same game).....

I am trying to understand this system

Please correct me if I am wrong

We are only playing a team that ending at home in OT or  SO

it does it matter if it won or lost? just had to be at home

Montreal  ending up  winning in a SO on Saturday

so today  is their next game   the o/u is set at 6  so it is a one unit play on the over

toronto will not be a play in the next game because they were away

Yesterday  LA/Phoenix  both had played to a OT/SO  ending so it was a play on the under line set at 5.5  it lost

so when Phoenix plays colorado tommorrow  check the o/u  and place a 2 unit bet on it based on formula on page 1

same with the next LA  game

   do i got it ?

these are over under plays only   not on the team
