Brobeans, a labby line is a way of betting, it is also called Labouchere. A quick google search will bring you a lot of reading material. Basically it is a cross out system where you start with a line of numbers of whatever length you prefer (I use 2 or 4). You bet to win the 2 outside numbers. If they win, you cross them off, if they lose you add the amount lost to the end and bet that loss amount with the first number of the line.

In the double dip I bet the same amount as I did in the regular chase. If a team wins on the regular chase and still has 3 or more games left, we bet it just like we do on the regular chase (must qualify for the first game just like regular chase).

Wednesday results: Anaheim loses on the double dip C game gicving that system its first loss. This is where betting on a labby line saves you money (also never betting against Chicago).

Thursday: We have STL on the double dip B game. The NYI has a 5 game homestand but 2 of the games are before the Olympic break with 3 after. Even though they would qualify today, I'm not making it an official play due to the delay in the homestand.

Guys - I'm going to be on vacation starting Wednesday for 2 weeks with no internet access. So, here are the potential plays during that time. If they do not qualify for the first game it is over. Same with the double dip. For the double dip to begin there has to be 3 or more games left after a team clears the regular chase. Can double dip more than once if thre are still 3 games left (must qualify again on game 1).

I started the season with .5 units, using 2 numbers per line. I have upped that to .75 units for both numbers.

I'm pretty cautious on the hockey stuff, looking to grind out some profits and increase bankroll for baseball.
