So you waste your time to post that when you know the plays will be posted and have no concern to the contrary? That literally makes no sense. Why does this bother you? Why do my questions strike a nerve? It seems pretty petty to me, but to each his own.

Are we taking Giants RL +1.5 (currently -215) or are we taking them straight up ? 

I'd assume the official play is whatever the closing line is. I always try to snag the RL when I can get it though, better chance of winning.

Well it's a big difference in juice

The answer will always be take the +1.5 whenever you have the chance, regardless of the situation. The closing line is used for record keeping, but at the end of the day the safest way to make $$$ is always the right answer.
